DEPRESSION CONSEQUENCES

By the Mighty Mumford

DEPRESSION CONSEQUENCES

Absent-mindedly scratching my chin,

Starting a sore therein…

To shave and wash

Takes panache

But I generally pack it in.

I don’t really see my beard

Til I’m out in the car–ain’t that weird?

Trying to focus

With a low locus,

Is like my gumption’s been seared.

It looks rather sad,

When my self-keeping goes bad…

My wife tries

To help me prize

The personal appearance I once had.
