During my trip at Carrara Market – Gold Coast, I saw Life, Dream, Laugh and Creative when passing by one of the shop there. Some thought had come through my mind about it.
Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them – that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like. The truth is you don’t know what is going to happen tomorrow. Life is a crazy ride, and nothing is guaranteed. The most important thing is to enjoy your life, to be happy, it’s all that matters.

Brownie (Girl Scout) Leader Update

As you know, I received a nasty letter from my daughter’s Brownie troop leaders and was quite upset with them about the overall tone of the letter. Frankly, the letter read like a police blotter on everything my daughter had done wrong over the past two Brownie troop meetings. Honestly, I don’t think my daughter is really as bad as this letter portrayed her to be. Of course, every parent thinks their child is perfect. I know she isn’t perfect but whose child is? Well, besides the troop leader’s daughter, right?
Since I was quite upset about this letter, I did think it was for the best to meet with the two Brownie troop leaders in person and discuss the letter and my daughter’s behavior. Note: To read the letter and…

Archie Shepp & Melvin Van Peebles & The Heliocentrics at JAZZ à la VILLETTE September 9, 2015
The Heliocentrics, a British collective, gravitating around Sun Ra’s heritage, travel between generations and genres. For the concert, they gather two symbols of the Afro-american culture, Archie Shepp, one of the greatest saxophonists of the Great Black Music, and Melvin Van Peebles, cineast and pioneer of the Blaxpoitation, a movement engaged in giving black people the first roleplays in the movies.
The concert can be watched now on the Web until February 2nd, 2016.

Yesterday, I secretly went to the city of human beings,
I was brought up only in my forest ever since I was born,
But the city was full with strange noise and pains of desire,
I returned to the forest immediately in fear,
My eyes opened wide, My eyebrows seem to be sad,
The darkness of the big city surprised me,
If there are flowers and light, I am happy,
Why did the people look like unhappy?
