3 Delicious Infused Water Recipes
If you are looking for ways to increase your water intake, fruit infused waters are a great alternative to plain old water because they taste amazing and they’re made with super healthy ingredients! Below are three of my favourite water infused recipes which boost my energy and keep me hydrated throughout the day! Enjoy 🙂
Strawberry, Orange, and Mint
You will need:
- Mason jar (or container of your choice)
- 3 cups of water
- Two slices of an orange
- 10 strawberries, sliced
- 6 mint leaves
Strawberry, Raspberry, Lime, and Cucumber
You will need:
- Mason jar (or container of your choice)
- 3 cups of water
- 6 slices of cucumber
- 13 raspberries
- 10 strawberries, sliced
Grapefruit, Lime, Lemon, Cucumber, and Mint
You will need:

- 3 cups of water
- 1 slice of grapefruit
- 5 slices of cucumber
- 2 slices of lemon
- 2 slices of lime

How to build backpacks for the homeless – With a lot of help from our friends
Our amazing group of friends with 100 completed backpacks for the homeless!
Yesterday was assembly day. Twelve of us gathered at our dear friends home in Orange County to finally put the 100 backpacks for the homeless together. From start to finish, it took us just over two hours of our time, a bit of organization, a lot of laughter, and some wonderful willing spirits to complete the task.
I’m hoping that by doing a recap here that our format can be easily duplicated by anyone else wishing to do a similar project. So please bear with me as I explain the nuts and bolts from start to finish of how to organize this, fund it and complete the packs.
