I got up wearing the wrong head; it took me sometime to find the right one as it was hiding behind the washing machine. I moved when they finally stopped, coming in with a garland of barbed wire and machine emplacements round my neck - June was cooking in a minefield.

OH MY GOD IT WAS SO AWESOME!!! JYN’S MOTHER GETS KILLED AND JYN HIDES IN A HOLE UNTIL FORREST WHITAKER FINDS HER. THEN SHE’S IN PRISON, BUT GETS BROKEN OUT BY THE REBELLION. THEN THEY GO ON THIS HUNT WHICH THEY DON’T GET THE PROOF THEY NEED, BUT THEN THEY KNOW WHERE TO GET THE PROOF AND THEN THERES FIGHTERS AND STARSHIPS GOING BOOM BOOM AND WE SEE THE BIG WALKER TANKS GOING BLAM BLAM!!! EVERYONE ON THE GROUND IS RUNNING AROUND BLOWING SHIT UP AND YELLING AND IT WAS AWESOME!!!!

Many questions arises in my mind ofcourse these are very common question that almost most of the people have.

First let me tell you What is gratitude.
In simple words gratitude is the quality of being thankful.
Gratitude strengthens our emotions. It reduces feelings of envy, makes our memory happier, lets us experience good feelings ,and helps us bounce back from stress.
Gratitude develops our personality. Gratitude makes us more optimistic,less materialistic, more spiritual, less self centered, more esteem. All these finally leads to more happiness.
Gratitude somewhere helps us to maintain good health. It improves our sleep , it increases sleep quality,increases sleep duration. Hence it can help with insomnia.
